Overview
Fire & Security Engineer — Up to £42,000 DOE + vehicle. We are looking for an experienced Fire and Security Engineer - including CCTV, Intruder Alarm and Access Control - for a continually growing and ambitious company in a role that entails the installation and/or servicing of their leading fire and security solutions.
Working out of the company base in Glasgow so applicants should ideally reside within the area, this role will cover mainly the East of Scotland but also a bit further afield as well when required.
Responsibilities
* Install and/or service fire and security solutions, including CCTV, intruder alarms and access control.
* Attend appointments as scheduled and when instructed.
* Follow both written and verbal instructions accurately.
* Accurately record all works that are carried out.
* Carry out work to a consistently high standard and to required timescales.
* Participate in an on-call rota system when needed.
* Maintain a flexible approach to the types of work required.
Requirements
* Ideally 4+ years of experience with Intruder Alarm, CCTV, Access Control and Fire Alarm systems, including installing, programming and demonstrating operation to customers.
* Full driving licence is required.
* Based in or around Glasgow with willingness to travel within East Scotland and further when required.
Remuneration
Competitive salary depending on experience is available to the right candidate, and a company vehicle is provided.
