We’re recruiting experienced professionals to join a respected health assessment service as a WCA Nurse Assessor. This hybrid role offers flexibility, structured hours, and the chance to use your clinical expertise in a non-treatment capacity. You’ll conduct functional assessments for individuals with a range of health conditions and disabilities, following DWP guidelines. Using your clinical knowledge and empathetic approach, you’ll produce clear, evidence-based reports that help inform benefit eligibility decisions. What You’ll Do Carry out telephone, video, and face-to-face assessments Gather and evaluate evidence to understand functional impact Produce accurate, concise reports using multiple IT systems Maintain professional standards and engage in CPD What We’re Looking For NMC registration with no restrictions Minimum 12 months post-qualification experience Strong clinical knowledge across varied conditions Excellent communication and report-writing skills Confident with IT systems and typing (30 wpm minimum) Why Apply?
