The Field Service Executive will manage, develop, and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities to deliver profitable revenue growth for the SME division. The role offers an uncapped bonus (£12K OTE) and a £400 monthly car allowance.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Manage the sales process, including lead generation, sales presentations, proposal solutions, negotiation, closing, and handover to the operations team.
2. Create and present tailored commercial offerings to potential clients.
3. Respond to tenders and requests for information promptly.
4. Report calls, leads, quotes, and contract activity on the Company Operating System.
5. Produce and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly personal performance reports.
6. Liaise regularly with the Depot Manager and Regional General Manager to determine sales strategies within the region.
Requirements:
* Proven track record of delivering new business sales and generating a sales pipeline.
* Existing network of business contacts and strong market research skills.
* Confidence in using business software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
