Stores Administrator – Stoney Stanton
Location: Stoney Stanton (Office-based)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm (37.5 hours per week)
Breaks: 1 × 30-minute lunch break & 2 × 15-minute breaks

This isn’t your standard admin role, it’s a great opportunity to join a business with genuine scope for growth and development. You’ll work closely with a variety of departments, giving you exposure to different areas of the business, and your role will be hands-on as well as desk based.
You’ll be an integral part of the National Stores operation, managing essential orders, keeping our tooling safe and calibrated, and even rolling up your sleeves to help on the shop floor when needed.
What you’ll be doing:
* Placing vendor orders through the Ariba system, cross-checking, receipting, and managing deliveries
* Managing PPE orders for fulfilment teams nationally, receipting items, and tracking back orders
* Creating purchase requisitions for couriers, carriers, and specialist tooling calibration, and receipting upon approval
* Preparing and dispatching calibrated tooling, managing calibration certificates, and maintaining the tooling database with updated test dates
* Overseeing the safe storage and quality checking of returned tooling
* Coordinating with engineers and managers for the return and calibration of equipment
* Maintaining accurate filing systems for test certificates and vendor invoices
* Receipting and forwarding invoices to accounts payable on time
* Assisting with picking and packing in National Stores to cover leave and absence
* Training Provided: We believe our systems are teachable, and we will support and guide you to become proficient in our systems!
