Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction industry.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
* Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities.
* Prepare and present persuasive proposals and presentations to potential clients.
* Collaborate with the operations and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our services.
* Achieve sales and revenue targets while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in business development or sales within CCTV and security preferably into the construction industry.
* Strong understanding of the construction landscape and related security needs.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* A relevant degree or industry-related certifications would be an advantage.
