Flexsource NI are currently recruiting a part time Receptionist, on a temporary basis, working approximately 14 hours per week, with a payrate of £13.69 per hour.
Note – this role is 2 full days per week, alternating between Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays
Responsibilities:
· Providing high standards of customer service both in person and via telephone
· Operating a computerized booking/cash system
· Selling merchandise and issuing receipts
· Maintaining databases and carryout other administrative tasks
Requirements:
· 5 GCSE’s to include English Math
· Previous experience in an administrative or reception based role
· Previous customer service experience in an office based or customer facing role
