This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced financial services professional to play a key role in supporting advisers and delivering an exceptional client experience. You will act as a central point of contact for clients, providers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth management of client relationships and administration throughout the advice process.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage a portfolio of clients and maintain accurate client records</li><li>Act as a key point of contact for client enquiries, providing a professional and efficient service</li><li>Prepare client documentation and meeting packs for advisers</li><li>Process new business applications and monitor cases through to completion</li><li>Liaise with providers, platforms and third parties to obtain information and progress client requests</li><li>Maintain and update CRM and back‑office systems</li><li>Support advisers with client reviews and ongoing servicing requirements</li><li>Ensure all documentation meets compliance and regulatory requirements</li><li>Assist with the preparation of suitability reports and financial planning documentation</li><li>Build strong working relationships with clients, advisers and external providers</li></ul><h3>About You</h3><ul><li>Previous experience within Wealth Management, Financial Planning or Financial Services</li><li>Strong administration and client relationship management skills</li><li>Experience processing new business and liaising with providers</li><li>Good understanding of FCA-regulated environments</li><li>Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach</li><li>Experience using Intelligent Office, Xplan or similar back‑office systems would be advantageous</li></ul></div>
