Service Coordinator
Location: Shepperton, Surrey
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday (08:00 to 17:00 or 08:30 to 17:30)
Accent Services (Air Conditioning) Ltd is a leading mechanical contractor with over 40 years of experience delivering excellence within the commercial sector. With a strong client base and a growing national footprint, our head office team consists of 40 mobile engineers and 45 office-based colleagues.
We are expanding and looking for a proactive and organised Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients, supporting engineers, managing planned maintenance, repairs, and emergency call outs.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate planned and reactive works from enquiry through to completion
Schedule maintenance visits and issue engineer reports in line with SLAs
Manage urgent call outs and remedial quotes
Handle client enquiries professionally and efficiently
Support team diary management and escalate urgent issues where needed
About You
Previous experience in a Service Coordinator or similar role
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Self-motivated, a strong team player, and able to work in a fast paced environment
Experience in HVAC is desirable but not essential
