Main Responsibilities:
* Partner with the global Talent Acquisition (TA) community to ensure efficient distribution of roles across talent channels, including LinkedIn and
* Coordinate monthly TA Community Town Halls, including preparation of all supporting materials with country-based TA Partners.
* Organize and facilitate twice-weekly open-door TA sessions.
* Work closely with P&O Analytics to provide relevant data and insights for the TA Community.
* Manage and maintain the TA Policy, Guide, and Training hub proactively.
* Support the TA Community with on-demand requests, including system access assistance.
* Collaborate with Global Communications Operations to maintain and support global career pages in 17+ countries and multiple local languages.
Main Requirements:
* Proven coordination experience, preferably within a People & Organization (P&O) or HR environment.
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with international colleagues.
* Fluent in business English; proficiency in an additional European language is a plus.
