The Role
As Commercial Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of the Superdrug Online Doctor partnership, managing large budget paid media performance, driving growth, and identifying new opportunities.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you’ll work closely with internal specialists (SEO, PPC, CRM, Content, Product) and external stakeholders to optimise performance and scale the business.
What You’ll Own
* Multi-million £ paid media marketing budget and revenue performance
* Day-to-day management of the Superdrug Online Doctor relationship
* Performance reporting, insights, and growth recommendations
* Channel development across PPC, SEO, CRM, Social, and Content
* Agency and stakeholder management
* Cross-functional projects to improve conversion, UX, and service offering
* Monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews
What We’re Looking For
* Strong experience in paid media across multiple channels
* Highly data-driven, with the ability to turn insights into action
* Proven stakeholder management and communication skills
* Commercial mindset with a focus on growth and optimisation
* Comfortable working at pace and juggling multiple priorities
Nice to have:
Healthcare, Digital Health, eCommerce, DTC Health & Wellness, or paid media agency experience.
