Our client has an exciting opportunity for a PA / Secretary to Head of School, to be responsible for the full administrative processes within a school. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE To act as a Personal Assistant to the Head Teacher assisting the Senior Leadership Team in the administration of the school Full Administration including reports and managing data across the school, agendas, arranging events and meetings Managing the academic timetable, electronic diary, written communication Taking minutes Organise meeting agendas, venues and refreshments for internal meetings, coordinate attendance and circulate papers REQUIREMENTS Excellent communication skills and high standard of literacy and numeracy skills Highly organised with attention to detail Good IT Skills, Fast and accurate typing A can do attitude and a good sense of humour. Enjoy working as part of a team and using time management skills to good effect Successful candidate will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS. The hours will possibly be slightly reduced out of term time
