Operations Administrator - Normanton
£23,000 - £25,000 Per annum
Our client is a leading Multi Utilities business and due to continued success they're in need of building their operations team with an Administrator.
What you will be doing:
Providing administrative and programming support to the operations department.
Key Responsibilities:
Create documentation to be issued to site, including work instructions
Liaise with technical departments (gas, water and electric) and assist, where necessary
Communicate with personnel and customers to ensure delivery of schemes
Complete and issue whereabouts documents to relevant departments and external customers
Chase paperwork from clients and asset owners
Ensure systems are kept up to date
Complete and submit paperwork to relevant personnel
Perform general administration duties
Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office
Create and maintain weekly/monthly reports
Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system
Upload documentation to Aptus operational staff to enable them to work safely and correctly
Create road opening notice permits for works within the highway and public areas
Complete opening and closing permits
Programme works for Multi Utility Teams as per customer requestsWhat we ask from you:

A strong communicator across all internal and external stakeholders
Positive approach to customer and clients
A proactive approach to solving problems and seeking information is required
Good experience and working knowledge of using Microsoft programs including Excel, Word and Outlook

Dedicated to providing high quality administrative support and project coordination
A team player with the ability to work under pressure
