Are you passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service? We’re on the lookout for an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for CH&CO. This is a full-time role, contracted to 35 hours per week.

Your Key Responsibilities
As our Catering Supervisor, you will:
* Prepare delicious food to the highest standards
* Supervise our culinary and catering teams to ensure impeccable food and customer service
* Communicate regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets
* Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image
* Liaise between customers and our culinary and service teams to exceed expectations
* Support and train our teams, leading from the front to help everyone excel
* Implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all teams
Are You the Right Fit?
We’re looking for a Catering Supervisor who:
* Is passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
* Has a minimum of two years of catering experience
* Has experience managing teams in a similar role
* Holds a Basic Food Hygiene certificate
* Possesses excellent communication and organizational skills
* Is an ambitious and motivated individual eager to upskill
