More about your role: We are looking to recruit a Factory Manager on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Head of Production, this is a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing function within Places for People. On a daily basis you will be responsible for manufacturing and production activities across the business. In addition to supporting best practice through policies and procedures, you will also contribute to the overall business strategy and annual budget process. This role is based on site 5 days a week at The Old Cinema, Shobdon, Leominster, Herefordshire, HR6 9NR with working hours of Monday to Friday 8am – 4.30pm (with 30 minutes for lunch). More about you: The successful candidate will have: Experience in a similar role, A track record of management, Excellent communication skills, A full UK Drivers Licence. Familiarity with Health and Safety processes and knowledge of IOSH and NEBOSH is also desired.
