Location: Hybrid working. Three days per week on site in Liverpool for the first three months, reducing to one day per week thereafter, potentially less. Occasional travel to London may be required. Travel and accommodation expenses can be claimed.
Our global Financial Services client urgently requires an experienced Programme Director to lead a major Finance Transformation programme at scale.
This is a significant multi year initiative with a budget in excess of £60 million and several hundred stakeholders and delivery resources across multiple international locations. The programme will oversee the migration of core Finance systems from SAP to Oracle.
Key Requirements
* Proven track record of delivering large scale Finance Transformation programmes at Programme Director level
* Strong experience leading SAP and or Oracle migrations
* Deep understanding of Finance operations and transformation within complex organisations
* Delivery focused mindset with the ability to drive outcomes in large, multi workstream environments
* Strong senior stakeholder management skills with the confidence and presence to command a room
* Ability to inspire, motivate and lead large cross functional teams
* Availability to start within the next four weeks
* Financial Services experience is advantageous
Interview Process
The process will consist of two to three virtual interviews with key stakeholders. We are aiming to complete the process and secure a hire within the next two weeks.
