Senior Manager, Transfer Pricing Services

As a result of continued growth and promotions within the South region team we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Manager Transfer Pricing professional to join the team and play a pivotal role in driving our future growth ambitions.
Responsibilities
The South region team works with a wide mix of clients, including large privately owned businesses, fast growth start-ups, and well established FT250 and inbound groups.
This role involves working on a range of projects.
The work involves:
1. Providing technical transfer pricing advice to our clients in a broad range of industries
2. Developing and maintaining client relationships including acting as the main point of contact for clients and relevant stakeholders
3. Managing multiple projects concurrently and be able to tailor advice and deliverables to the size of the client and the budget for completing the project.
4. Managing various projects across multiple jurisdictions and leading the day-to-day delivery processes
5. Coordinating with KPMG's transfer pricing, international tax, indirect tax and advisory teams on a range of topics
6. Financial management, including developing and managing project budgets and billing to ensure profitable delivery of client engagements
7. Coaching and developing junior team members which will also include delivering training sessions and providing on-the-job coaching on a regular basis
8. Ensuring timely reporting to senior management
9. Actively contributing to identifying new opportunities and managing business development and marketing initiatives along with proposition and market leads
10. Successfully targeting businesses and winning transfer pricing work.
The Person
We are looking for candidates with the following skills/experience:
11. Either a CTA, CA, ACA, ACCA or attained a Bachelors or Masters degree in economics, finance, law, accounting or equivalent qualification
12. Extensive transfer pricing experience, preferably including experience of preparing transfer pricing documentation, tax value chain analyses, benchmarking, supporting with tax authority enquiries/Advance Pricing Agreements, project management and managing junior team members.
13. Sound judgement, including the ability to identify and evaluate risk issues and know when to involve others.
14. Strong analytical skills and a commercial approach to resolving issues and providing advice
15. High level of drive and enthusiasm with a positive attitude.
