Our tax professionals will work on a variety of projects focused on helping clients develop and execute their international tax strategy, including:
* Pre-transaction reorganisations and post-transaction integration
* Optimisation of capital structure and financing
* Optimisation of intellectual property ownership and reliefs
* Managing risks from global law changes such as BEPS
* Lobbying and negotiation with tax authorities in the UK and globally
Your key responsibilities
* Build and maintain client relationships, proactively win work, and contribute to acquiring new clients
* Manage the delivery of complex consulting projects, ensuring technical excellence and a practical business approach
* Ensure high quality of client service
* Lead potential opportunities from other practice areas
* Develop networks internally and externally
* Supervise, coach, and mentor junior staff
* Participate in team management, strategy, operations, staff development, and assignments

Minimum qualifications
* Experienced tax practitioner with deep tax transaction experience
* Preferred: ATT / ACA / CA / CTA or equivalent
* Graduate or equivalent work experience
