HRPTS OM Systems Access Assistant - Armagh An excellent opportunity to join the public sector in Armagh as a HRPTS OM Systems Access Assistant, supporting the management of system access, user accounts and HR system administration within a busy and supportive team environment. About the role:
1. £12.31 per hour
2. Monday to Friday (9am-5pm)
3. Hybrid working options
4. Public sector
5. Duration: Temporary until 31st March 2026
6. Closing date: Tuesday 20th January 2026
What you'll be doing in this role:
7. Processing of New Starts, Additional Organisational Assignments, Rehires and User ID swaps and setting Passwords and User ID’s for same.
8. Raise any Consolidated Service ID (CSID)/User ID queries with ICT for resolution as necessary.
9. Delimiting Leavers access, on a timely basis.
10. Dealing with HRPTS password reset and login queries, and supporting staff members to log tickets on Ivanti (the Trust Incident Management System).
11. Reset HRPTS passwords in HRPTS SAP Gui adhering to Data Protection protocols and communicating to users in a timely manner. This will include using the ICT Ivanti ticket system logged by users.
12. Deal professionally with telephone/face to face enquiries from staff within the Trust, those outside the Trust, and members of the public, and in accordance with team protocols.
13. Respond as necessary to the HRPTS OM & System Access Team emails account on a daily/ongoing basis.
What you'll need for this role:
14. 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English Language or equivalent / higher qualification AND 1 years’ experience in a clerical / administrative role OR 2 years’ experience in a clerical / administrative role
15. Experience in the use of Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel
16. Have an understanding of system organisational management structures and system access administration
