Business Development Manager – Financial Services (Top-Tier Law Firm)

💰 Salary: £80,000 – £90,000 + bonus + excellent benefits
We’re working with a leading global law firm to hire a Business Development Manager to support their high-performing Financial Services practice. This is a high-impact role at the heart of a strategic growth area, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to drive revenue, client engagement, and market positioning.
The Opportunity
You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering the firm’s Financial Services growth strategy, working with partners and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and win new business.
This is a visible, senior-facing position offering real scope to influence strategy and execution across a globally recognised platform.
Key Responsibilities
* Support and execute the Financial Services business development strategy
* Partner with stakeholders to drive client engagement and revenue-generating initiatives
* Identify market trends and opportunities using client and industry insight
* Lead and support on pitches, proposals, and strategic pursuits
* Develop and implement client development plans across key accounts
* Deliver thought leadership, campaigns, and profile-raising initiatives
* Collaborate across practice groups and international teams on strategic projects
About You
* Proven business development experience within a law firm or professional services environment (essential)
* Strong experience working with or within the Financial Services sector (essential)
* Track record of managing complex BD projects and stakeholder relationships
* Commercially minded with strong strategic thinking and execution capability
* Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work closely with senior partners
* Proactive, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
