The role

Duties:
1. Liaise with customers regarding outstanding work and follow up on their Service Plans.
2. Log all appointments, reservations, and MOT’s on the database
3. Deliver excellent customer service
4. Obtain payments for service work and repairs carried out
5. Maintain communication with the customer whilst their vehicle is on site
6. Book out courtesy vehicles.
7. Deal with any queries or complaints quickly and effectively
Competencies and experience required:
8. Good verbal and written communication skills
9. Good organisational skills
10. Great customer service skills
11. Ability to prioritise daily workload according to the business needs
12. Ability to work to deadlines
