As an Area Manager, you will ensure your site operates smoothly to meet customer demand. You will lead a team that maintains safety, efficiency, and high quality, and you will manage various projects across our network to enhance productivity.

2. Analyze and implement changes to maintain high quality and productivity

4. Assess shift performance against business objectives and implement improvement actions
5. Collaborate with management colleagues to standardize shift practices
A day in the life
You will work on a shift pattern at one of our sites, focusing on maximizing productivity. Your main responsibilities include fostering a safety culture, maintaining quality and performance standards, overseeing process improvements, and driving operational contingency tasks. Your day will be diverse, involving team management, operational duties, process enhancements, and mentoring new managers.

Amazon Logistics (AMZL) handles the 'last mile' delivery in partnership with third-party distributors. We employ innovative thinking and continuous improvement initiatives to deliver millions of products to our customers.
PODSTAWOWE KWALIFIKACJE
* A degree
* Relevant experience in people management
* Experience communicating with diverse stakeholders, including peers and leadership
* Experience using data or anecdotal evidence to influence decisions
* Proficiency in verbal and written English and the local language
PREFEROWANE KWALIFIKACJE
Preferred qualifications are not mandatory. If you meet the basic qualifications, we welcome your application.
* Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen techniques
* Experience in logistics environments
* Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
