About the Role As an Integrated Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting clients through their treatment and recovery journey.
Working across both the Therapeutic and Clinical Teams, you will help deliver effective treatment programmes and provide direct client support.
Delivering one-to-one support to clients.
Supporting treatment teams to deliver daily programmes effectively.
Maintaining accurate records and working across multiple computer systems.
Being actively involved in security, health & safety, and risk management.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role that requires flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays on a rota basis.
Overtime may be required to cover staff absence and is paid at the same rate, with enhancements in line with policy.
What Were Looking For Essential Skills & Qualities Strong observational, reporting, and communication skills.
Ability to manage professional boundaries, resolve conflict, and work with challenging behaviours.
Commitment to self-care and accessing support when needed.
Desirable (training will be provided if not held): Experience facilitating groups.
Experience working in a clinical or residential setting (hospital, care home, treatment centre).
Experience within substance misuse services or addiction support.
Important Requirements Willingness to work nights, weekends, and bank holidays as part of a rolling rota.
Flexibility to take occasional overtime to cover sickness or annual leave.
Willingness to train in acupuncture, phlebotomy, and venepuncture as required by service needs.
