Main duties of the job
As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be a main point of contact for day‑to‑day support, guidance and information to allocated clients and staff. You will be responsible for monitoring and checking the health, well‑being of clients and staff by using face‑to‑face visits, telephone calls and monitoring care records. You will undertake assessments, and re‑assessments of care needs and risk‑manage clients to ensure that their care plans reflect their needs and are person‑centred. You will ensure that arrangements are in place to safeguard clients against the risk of abuse, and ensure that staff receive appropriate training and support to deliver care safely and feel confident to highlight any potential issues. You will conduct regular supervisions and reviews with team members to review competency and promote personal development. The role will include some responsibility for on‑call and may involve working some weekends.

* Demonstrable experience in the social care sector at a supervisory level
* Well‑organised and self‑motivated
* 40 hours per week – on‑call required
