Job Summary
As a Customer Support Executive, you will join our busy team of insurance specialists based in our friendly Altrincham office. You will provide direct assistance and support to the Sales team, including processing applications, handling customer enquiries over the telephone, analysing risks, setting up files, instructing Surveyors, identifying opportunities, and building client relationships.
Duties
1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
2. Assist customers with product-related questions and issues, providing clear and effective communication.
3. Process customer payments in a CRM system.
4. Perform data entry tasks accurately to keep customer records up to date.
5. Analyse customer feedback and trends to improve service delivery and customer experience.
6. Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure seamless service.
7. Maintain a positive attitude while handling challenging situations and provide solutions that meet customer expectations.
Experience
1. GCSEs or equivalent with Grade C or above in Maths and English.
2. Experience with CRM software.
3. Ability to work to deadlines and support team members to achieve goals.
4. Insurance background or transferable skills are preferable but not essential.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Computer literate, with knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
7. Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work under pressure.
8. Interest in business administration and aptitude for numbers.
9. Ability to rise to challenges while delivering high customer service levels.
10. Upbeat personality and positive attitude.
