Overview
The hourly rate for this role is £12.40 and up to £14.13 across selected locations within London. The hourly rate will increase after 6 months in role. About the role
You will work onsite and report into the Assistant or Store Manager. Your role could include helping on the tills, advising customers, or working in the back shop. You will also:
* Help our customers and put them at ease by listening to learn more about them, answering questions and giving great advice on our products, recommending items they hadn’t considered, or offering a basket.
* Get to know our in-store offers and schemes and promote them. The more information we can give our customers, the better.
* Help our stores run smoothly by ensuring the right products are displayed, providing a great service on our tills, or helping with stock in the stock rooms.
* Work with other team members to provide a great shopping experience and keep the store clean and presentable.
* You will be provided with award-winning training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.
