🔹 The Role
* Manage a varied caseload of civil abuse and exploitation claims from instruction to resolution
* Conduct thorough case investigations, including evidence gathering and working with experts
* Provide clear, empathetic legal advice and maintain strong client relationships
* Collaborate with external professionals and agencies to support clients holistically
* Attend meetings, conferences, and negotiations, recording all key developments
* Ensure compliance with professional standards and internal processes
* Contribute to departmental knowledge sharing and training
🔹 About You
* Newly qualified through to experienced Solicitor
* Previous experience in abuse claims, personal injury, or human rights litigation is desirable
* Strong understanding of civil litigation processes
* Excellent communication, client care, and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
* Empathy, resilience, and professionalism in supporting vulnerable clients
