SEND & Alternative Provision Tutors - Ruislip, Hillingdon Not every young person responds to mainstream education. Some need calm support, consistency, and someone who can genuinely help them reconnect with learning and rebuild confidence. Quantum Scholars are looking to engage compassionate and resilient individuals to provide 1:1 SEND tuition and mentoring support to pupils across Ruislip and the wider Hillingdon area. The young people you will support may present with SEND, SEMH, autism, behavioural needs, trauma, anxiety, medical needs, or school avoidance, with many currently accessing EOTAS or alternative provision support. Who This Opportunity Could Suit We welcome applicants from backgrounds such as: Teachers or teaching assistants Behaviour mentors or youth workers SEND support or pastoral staff Ex-PRU or alternative provision workers Sports coaches or psychology graduates Individuals with personal SEND experienceThe most important quality is the ability to build positive relationships with young people who need support.
