Cash Lead
Join our Finance team as the Cash Lead – Projects and play a key role in launching a new tabletop tender (Kate Media) across our restaurants. You’ll design and embed robust processes, ensure accurate daily reconciliation, and support operational teams through the pilot and beyond.
What you’ll do
* Create and implement end‑to‑end Branch Cash processes and controls for the pilot
* Maintain accurate reporting, compliance, and trend tracking
* Partner with senior stakeholders and external providers to support the rollout
* Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and recommend fixes
* Translate pilot findings into clear BAU processes for future adoption
What you’ll need
* Strong financial controls experience and basic accounting knowledge
* Great Excel skills and sharp attention to detail
* Excellent organisation, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
* Analytical mindset and ability to work independently
