Front of House Security
Permanent – Part Time (30 hours per week) £23,220.81 per annum
We are recruiting a Front of House Security team member to support the Front of House Manager in delivering a welcoming and secure experience for all visitors to the Marlowe Theatre. Front of House Security is part of a team of front of house assistants who welcome over 1,000 audience members daily and play an active role in the theatre’s fire, security and emergency action plans.
Responsibilities
* Support the Front of House Manager in day‑to‑day operations
* Welcome and assist audience members in the Main House and Studio
* Assist in implementing the theatre’s fire and security plans and emergency action procedures
Qualifications
* Valid SIA licence
* Excellent customer care and communication skills
* Warm and welcoming team player who can work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills
