Industrial UPS Sales Manager

Responsibilities
* Manage customer expectations regarding enquiries and tenders.
* Negotiate commercial terms, including credit requirements.
* Lead handover meetings and take ownership of commercial aspects such as margins.
* Attend customer meetings in person or via Teams.
* Review technical requirements and advise on suitable products like AC UPS, DC Chargers, and batteries.
* Understand installation, commissioning, and maintenance requirements.
* Support tendering engineers to maximize margins and profits.
* Log and update customer activities in the CRM system.
* Prepare quotes and tenders for products, services, and training.
* Attend site surveys and meetings.
* Provide reports and presentations.
* Make product development and pricing recommendations.
* Stay informed on market trends and competitors.
* Contribute to team development and promote a positive culture.
Qualifications and Experience
* Experience in the Standby Power Industry or similar sectors like switchgear is advantageous.
* Knowledge of power electronics.
* Ability to produce tenders and quotations is beneficial.
* HNC or higher qualification or equivalent experience.
