Solar Electrician Location: Co. Down Hourly Rate: £18 - £20 per hour About the Position We are recruiting a skilled Solar Electrician to join a leading renewable energy company in Co. Down. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar PV systems, playing a vital role in the growth of sustainable energy solutions. What Youll Do Install, maintain, and repair solar PV systems for commercial and residential properties Wire and connect inverters, battery storage systems, and grid connections Perform system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting to ensure operational efficiency Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure successful project completion Ensure all activities comply with health, safety, and environmental standards What Were Looking For Fully qualified electrician with experience in solar PV installations or renewable energy systems Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting techniques Experience with inverters, battery storage, and grid connection systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team on site-based projects Full, clean driving license is preferred Why This Role?
