Financial Planning Administrator
Location: Hybrid – Newbury office 1–2 days per week, remainder remote

Key Responsibilities
Preparing Recommendations
1. Liaise with clients to schedule and confirm meetings
2. Produce and distribute compliant meeting packs
3. Check packs and chase missing documentation (LOAs, applications, etc.)
4. Maintain accurate client information and notes in Intelliflo (IO)
5. Provide required information to Paraplanners
Implementing Recommendations
6. Track and follow up on advice implementation
7. Keep clients proactively informed on progress
8. Use internal systems and dashboards to monitor workflow
General Administration
9. Act as a first point of contact for client queries
10. Scan and distribute post to relevant team members
11. Provide accurate data entry and administrative support
12. Support smooth running of client services and compliance processes
What We’re Looking For
13. Experience within an IFA, financial planning, or wealth management environment
14. Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
15. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
16. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
17. A proactive, professional, and client-centric approach
18. Familiarity with financial planning software (Intelliflo IO desirable)
