Technical Contract Manager\nFacilities Service Provider \nLondon & South East\n£70-75k + Car Allowance\nPension Scheme\n \nA leader within the UK FM & Building Services sector have a requirement for an experienced Senior Contract / Account Manager to run part of a multi-client portfolio across London and the South East. This role has become available due to an internal promotion, with this role taking charge of a mixture of existing accounts as well as 2 x newly-mobilised customers, across Central London, West London and Kent. These are as varies as commercial office space, financial / professional services, pharmaceutical, etc.
Guideline for this position is a basic salary of £70-75,000 as well as a car allowance of circa £5,000. Role will operate across the customer sites Monday-Friday, while offering some flexibility for home working. \n\nThe responsibilities of the Technical Contact Manager will include an overall liability for delivering efficient and effective M&E service delivery agreed in line with budgets and client specifications, SLAs, etc.
Monitoring and report on financial performance to line manager (account director), as well as ensuring falls within scope of accounts.
