What You’ll Do
* Lead and support early-stage design, from site analysis and concept development to planning presentations
* Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and contractors
* Contribute across all RIBA work stages, with particular emphasis on sustainable design principles
* Develop proposals with a focus on whole-life carbon, circular economy thinking, and urban regeneration
* Work in a highly collaborative environment, balancing creativity with technical delivery
What We’re Looking For
* ARB-registered (Part 3 qualified) Architect
* Experience in housing, residential masterplanning, and mixed-use developments
* Strong conceptual and visual design skills
* Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Passion for sustainable architecture and commitment to our planet-positive design approach
* Ability to manage multiple projects and work both independently and as part of a team
