We are very keen on speaking with individuals who have a background or interest in outdoor activities, mechanics, or engineering.
What will the role involve?
Provide one-on-one support to pupils with behavioural challenges.
Going into the community with pupils to promote independent living and life skills.
Getting involved in physical and practical activities.
Assist in the development and implementation of individualised behaviour plans.
Encourage and motivate students to reach their academic and behavioural goals.
The ideal candidate will:
Hold a valid driving licence with access to own vehicle.
Not be phased by high tariff behavioural difficulties.
Have a keen interest in physical activities and will be confident in taking pupils outside...
