Role: Autism Specialist Teaching assistant
Duration: Full time and part time roles available
Pay: £85 - £100 (paid on a weekly basis)
Are you an Autism Specialist or have experience working 1:1 with autistic children?
The successful Autism Specialist will help children flourish from having 1:1 sessions alongside of a hard-working, understanding, friendly member of staff working by their side.
This school believes that every child can be supported to develop a good level of self-motivation through the provision of strong education – helping the children become naturally confident, engaged, enthusiastic and organised. They have a strong focus on spiritual, moral, social, and cultural development which can all be seen during lessons, during play and across the wider curriculum.
Main duties:
* Support a child with autism and help them reach their potential in a professional and caring manner
* Ensure the highest level of safety and safeguarding is being met, at all times
* Keep records and write reports, where necessary

Essential criteria:
* Have a child only DBS on the Update Service - or be willing to apply for one
* Right to work in the UK
* Have a flexible approach to work

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
