We have an exciting opportunity for a Partnerships Executive to join AXA Retail on a permanent basis. As Partnerships Executive, you’ll support the management and performance of the Partnerships Motor portfolio, including the Lloyd’s Banking Group portfolio. We’re seeking a highly organised individual to join us to assist with making pricing and underwriting interventions, managing governance and ensuring good customer outcomes. You’ll be responsible for supporting portfolio trading and governance, as well as the accountability for delivering AXA’s business objectives, through performance management of the account. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition. What you’ll be doing: Supporting and taking accountability for the delivery of planned Combined Operating Ratio (COR), Gross Written Premium (GWP), and policy volume by effectively managing all performance indicators for the allocated partnership. Monitor and support key performance indicators (KPIs), including financial metrics, underwriting footprint criteria, and product limits and coverage. Develop and nurture strong external trading relationships with allocated partners, ensuring regular and structured engagement with key stakeholders. Oversee and maintain ownership of all relevant governance and control measures to ensure compliance and operational integrity. Operate within agreed processes and adhere to the standards set by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), AXA, and other regulatory bodies. Act as a key contributor to AXA's retail strategy and objectives, aligning initiatives with broader company goals. What you’ll bring: Proven experience in supporting and managing external relationships, ideally within a Partnerships environment, with a sound understanding of the insurance market. Demonstrated ability to understand and manage trading performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), contributing to both short-term and long-term strategic planning. Successful track record in supporting and implementing change initiatives, including pricing, underwriting, and product modifications. Exceptional relationship management skills, with a history of building and maintaining successful long-term relationships both internally and externally. Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction and engagement at all levels. Pragmatic decision-maker with excellent analytical and numerical reasoning abilities. Comprehensive knowledge of Insurance Principles and Practices. Understanding of Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and Compliance requirements, with a commitment to maintaining high governance standards and controls. As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom. This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
