The Role As an ALN Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting children and young people aged 4 to 16 with SEMH and other ALN needs. You’ll work either 1:1 or with small groups, helping pupils feel safe, understood, and supported throughout their school day. You’ll be part of a close-knit team that values every member’s contribution to the wellbeing and success of its pupils.
