Are you a passionate and committed KS1 Teacher looking to make a real difference in a diverse and forward-thinking school? We are seeking a dedicated teacher to join our welcoming team in Slough from September 2025. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers.

The Role:
You will be responsible for a Key Stage 1 class (Year 1 or Year 2, depending on experience), delivering engaging, inclusive teaching that meets the needs of all learners. Supported by experienced colleagues and teaching assistants, you’ll play a key role in laying strong foundations for future learning.

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Has a secure understanding of the KS1 curriculum, including phonics and early reading

Demonstrates strong classroom management and high expectations

Is committed to inclusive, child-centred practice

Can work effectively within a team and contribute to the wider life of the school

Communicates well with pupils, families, and colleagues

Is enthusiastic, reflective, and eager to grow professionally
