Salary: MPS/UPS + TLR (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time – Permanent for the right candidate

I am working exclusively with a school who are seeking a Head of Design & Technology to join our vibrant secondary school in Dudley. This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative educator to shape the future of DT within a supportive and forward-thinking school community.
About the Role:
* Lead and develop the DT department, with a focus on raising standards and promoting creativity.
* Deliver high-quality teaching in your specialist area (Engineering or Resistant Materials).
* Support curriculum development and enrichment activities.
* Provide strategic leadership and manage departmental resources effectively.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Head of Design and Technology you will:
* Experience of leading a team
* UK Teaching Qualification
* Engineering or Resistant Material Background
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
* Must hold a UK Teaching Qualification
* Experience of Head of Department/ Department Lead / Second in Department
