Mechanical Fitter/Testers
Location: Redditch
Rate of Pay: £13.50 - £13.70 per hour
Working Hours:
7:30am - 4:15pm Monday to Thursday
7:30am - 12:00pm Friday
We are partnering with a prestigious global manufacturing leader based in central Redditch. Due to increased demand, we have an exciting opportunity for experienced Mechanical Fitter/Testers to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in mechanical fitting and testing within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Meet individual, team, and departmental targets
* Read and interpret assembly layout plans accurately
* Assemble products from sub-assembly components
* Inspect components and carry out comprehensive testing
* Perform quality control checks to ensure product standards
* Operate and understand inspection and test equipment effectively
Essential Experience and Skills:
* Proven experience in a mechanical fitting or testing role
* Ability to interpret technical drawings with precision
* Practical experience in assembly and testing processes
