You’ll bring together insight, creativity and commercial thinking to shape strategies that drive real client impact. Working across Digital Experience and Performance Marketing, you’ll collaborate with Account, Creative and Performance teams to uncover opportunities, develop strategy, and influence decision-making across a diverse client portfolio.
What you’ll be doing:
• Leading insight and discovery work, from stakeholder interviews to analysing data across analytics, CRM, surveys, and social.
• Turning complex information into clear, compelling strategic narratives.
• Shaping brand, campaign and channel strategies that balance creativity with commercial impact.
• Supporting journey mapping, messaging frameworks and integrated go-to-market plans.
• Acting as a strategic partner to clients through QBRs, planning cycles and ongoing optimisation.
• Bringing thought leadership and trend insight to both clients and internal teams.
What we’re looking for:
• Agency-side experience in strategy, planning or digital strategy roles.
• Strong grounding across CX/UX and performance-led environments.
• Confident researcher, analyst and storyteller with stakeholder-facing experience.
• Curious, collaborative and comfortable leading workshops and strategic discussions.
• Familiarity with modern digital, insight and analytics tools.
