We are a well‑established, family‑run electrical business based in Telford, proudly trading since 1922. We deliver high‑quality electrical installations and maintenance across domestic, commercial, and industrial sectors, and we're now looking for an experienced Site Electrician to join our team.
The Role
You'll work on a variety of new build and refurbishment projects, as well as carrying out maintenance and fault‑finding when required. Experience running small jobs or supervising others is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
· Electrical installation on domestic, commercial, and industrial sites.
· Planned and reactive maintenance in commercial and industrial settings.
· Fault finding and repairs.
· Working independently or as part of a team.
· Completing job sheets and certification accurately.
· Liaising professionally with clients and site teams.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
· ECS Gold Card (Approved Electrician)
· Full UK driving licence
· 5+ years' experience in electrical installation/maintenance
· Strong understanding of BS 7671
· Ability to read drawings and work to spec
· Good communication and problem‑solving skills
Preferred:
· Experience running jobs or supervising others
· 2391 Testing & Inspection
· IPAF / PASMA
· Asbestos Awareness
· First Aid
· SSSTS (for those with supervisory experience)
