About the Role
Were looking for a passionate and caring Level 3 Early Years Educator to join a welcoming early years setting in Skipton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves helping young children grow, learn, and thrive in a supportive environment.
In this role, you will:
* Deliver high-quality early years education in line with the EYFS framework
* Support childrens learning, development, and emotional well-being
* Plan and deliver fun, engaging, age-appropriate activities
* Work closely with a friendly and supportive staff team
* Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and carers
* Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
To be successful, you will need:
* A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or higher)
* A good understanding of the EYFS framework
* Previous experience within an early years or nursery setting
* A warm, enthusiastic, and professional approach to childcare
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for supporting young childrens development
