Key Responsibilities
1. Process and manage the school’s payroll system in a timely and accurate manner.
2. Handle payroll queries from staff and resolve issues efficiently.
3. Maintain up-to-date and accurate payroll records, ensuringpliance with relevant legislation.
4. Calculate salaries, overtime, deductions, and adjustments as required.
5. Prepare and submit statutory returns such as PAYE and National Insurance contributions.
6. Collaborate with the HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll administration.
7. Maintain the confidentiality and security of payroll data.
Skills and Experience
8. Proven experience in school payroll administration.
