Description Key Responsibilities Review files and activities within Front Office teams to ensure strong risk controls and effective processes. Gather and assess management information (MI) from multiple sources to monitor performance and escalate concerns when needed. Analyse data to identify trends, emerging risks, and opportunities for improvement. Communicate review outcomes clearly and in an accessible way. Recommend process enhancements and improvements based on monitoring insights. Understand and apply departmental policies and procedures. Produce reports from oversight processes, including root cause analysis and corrective action tracking. Support resolution of audit findings and contribute to strengthening the control environment. Manage team communications, including monitoring shared inboxes and ensuring timely, professional responses. Qualifications & Experience GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English. Experience working collaboratively across different levels of an organisation. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience producing or interpreting management information and reports. Skills & Knowledge A methodical and organised approach to work. Familiarity with financial services systems (e.g., CRM, JHC Figaro, BITA). Strong data analysis and reporting skills. Ability to meet deadlines with resilience and determination. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to adapt to different audiences. Diplomatic and professional in interactions.
