As a Team Lead, you will will assist out Customer Service and Administration Managers in Bracknell to ensure our the service we provide is safe, effective, caring, and responsive.
You will play an advisory role in the recruitment, induction, training and provide proactive on-going support to the team. You will ensure that agreed working practices are adhered to consistently across the Contact Centre and be responsible for keeping them updated on relevant operational and organisational developments.
You will be calm and focused, have very good communication skills, be able to work autonomously and possess the knowledge and intuition to assist both external and internal stakeholders. You will also be required to follow instructions, procedures, and protocols to contribute to the efficient and effective operation of the Contact Centre.
About the role
The Operational Team Lead will be able to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines whilst working to the highest standards. As our operation runs around the clock, 365 days of the year, you will sometimes need to bring a flexible approach to working hours.
Day to day, your duties will include but not be limited to:
1. Assisting with the management of the call centre and administration department to improve SLA’s.
2. Ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day tasks.
3. Working closely with the training department to ensure all staff are up to date on policies/procedures.
4. Be flexible to take on additional shifts and support the Team Lead weekend rota when required.
5. Undertaking duties to the highest professional standards.
6. Ensuring positive feedback and severe incidents are recorded and communicated clearly.
7. Working closely with the rota team to ensure you’re up to date with any recent doctor changes.
8. Supporting with rolling out new processes and policies.
Following the successful completion of contact centre based training, you will transition into the role of a Team Lead.

This position will require a basic DBS check and receipt of two satisfactory references.
