Job Description
This is a tight knit team, as Account Director you'll report into an agency Director and have support from a client services team as well as creative however you must be up for rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck into deliver campaigns;
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term success.
* Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns in line with client objectives.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Provide strategic direction to clients, helping them achieve their business goals.
* Manage budgets and timelines to deliver campaigns within scope.
* Identify new business opportunities and present proposals to potential clients.
* Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Account Director should have:
* Experience in a similar client services role within a marketing / creative / brand agency
* Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to steer creative teams
