Senior Pricing Analyst

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to lead pricing strategy across our brands. This role combines data analysis, market research, and stakeholder collaboration to drive revenue growth and profitability. You will translate complex data into actionable insights, guide pricing decisions, and manage a team of pricing analysts.
Key Responsibilities
* Data & Insights: Analyse sales data, customer behaviour, competitor pricing, and cost structures. Develop pricing models, dashboards, and reports to support decision-making.
* Pricing Strategy: Build competitive pricing frameworks, conduct benchmarking, and evaluate the impact of changes on sales, profitability, and market share.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with finance, sales, and marketing to ensure alignment of pricing with business objectives. Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
* Operational Excellence: Improve pricing processes, maintain systems and documentation, and oversee promotional pricing activities and seasonal adjustments.
* Team Leadership: Manage and mentor pricing analysts, ensuring clarity of roles, performance management, and professional development.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
* Minimum 7 years of pricing analysis experience, ideally within retail or luxury jewellery, with exposure to global markets.
* Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and ERP or pricing tools; experience with Tableau or Power BI.
* Strong understanding of jewellery pricing, market trends, and cost drivers.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities.
