Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions
- Advising on acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold property
- Drafting and negotiating commercial leases, licences and associated documentation
- Acting for landlords and tenants across a range of property matters
- Advising on property finance, refinancing and secured lending transactions
- Supporting clients with property development and investment matters
- Working closely with colleagues across the firm’s wider commercial teams
- Developing relationships with existing clients and supporting business development activity
About You
To be considered for this opportunity, you will:
- Be a qualified solicitor with experience in commercial property
- Have experience managing commercial property transactions with appropriate supervision
- Demonstrate strong technical, drafting and organisational skills
- Be confident communicating with clients, agents, lenders and other professional advisers
- Have a commercial and practical approach to providing legal advice
- Be keen to develop your expertise within a growing regional practice
- Be comfortable contributing to client development and networking initiatives
